Lindsay Anderson

Hey, what’s up? I’m Lindsay. I’m a mover, adventurer, therapist, retreat host, creator, and just an overall experience seeker. Movement has been my greatest medicine, and I have found so much joy and healing on my mat and my hope is to share that with others.

My classes are a blend of intelligent, creative sequencing and functional movement designed to build strength, mobility, and resilience for life, not just on the mat. I aim to guide students into deeper connection—with their body, breath, and being—through intentional movement and mindful awareness.

My goal is create space where students feel safe to explore, empowered to grow, and inspired to return to themselves. I design my classes to challenge the body, engage and focus the mind, leaving space for authenticity, curiosity, and play. I see yoga as a lifelong journey of self discovery, and I am forever a student of the practice.

I offer corporate and private group classes. I currently teach in-studio classes in Portland, Oregon.
