Types of classes
Power
Expect to build some heat, break a sweat, and feel strong in your body. In this class, you’ll explore dynamic sequences designed to build strength, enhance mobility, and cultivate mind-body awareness. This is a challenging class that moves fast.
Gentle
Connect to your breath and calm your central nervous system. We’ll slow things down in this class, taking our time to warm up the body and move into poses slowly. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a nice mindful reset, this class will leave you in bliss.
Slow & Strong
A nice little in between snack, when you’re looking to get out of your head and build strength but enjoy a slower paced practice. A sequential flow with the breath that gradually builds in heat and intensity.
Yin
A relaxing and introspective practice. This class is designed to restore balance and promote mindfulness, focusing on longer held poses that target, the fascia, the deep connective tissue of the body. Surrender to the present moment as you cultivate a sense of calm and tranquility in the body. This practice uses props.
